The Con-Form Story

Founded in 1974 by Ray Walker, Con-Form Industries (Concentric Forms) began providing replacement tooling for progressive die equipment used in the automotive and paint canning industries. What started as a one machine operation in a 12 x12 shop, is now a 10,000 sq/ft, climate controlled facility, running nine CNC machines and over twenty other pieces of equipment to meet the strictest tolerances of all tooling and die requirements.

Our Schaumburg, IL facility is located near three major expressways and O'Hare International airport, enabling us to meet your shipping and delivery schedule, locally or worldwide.

Everyone at Con-Form Industries strives to uphold the highest standards originally set and instilled by Mr. Walker as our mission continues.  Let us be your source for high quality, precision parts with consistent, on-time delivery.
